Strong Lead or Above UI/UX or Product Designer profile
8+ years of hands-on experience in product design
2+ years of people management experience
Proficiency in human-centered design methods
Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Strong portfolio of UX Design and UI/Visual Designs for B2B/SaaS/Enterprise products
PREFERRED CRITERIA:
Global Company experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Advanced degree in UX design, HCI, or related design fields
Experience designing for data product experiences
Experience working with design and prototyping tools like Figma
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams
Leading & Developing Teams: Build and lead successful teams
Discovering & Delivering: Support early product definition and drive end-to-end product design
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 10+ years of experience with UX design
Strong understanding of human-centered design methods
Excellent communication and leadership skills
